Is it an actual diamond I’m looking for?
No, the diamonds are kept safely with us. You are searching for a black velvet pouch with a voucher inside. Bring that to us with your map and you get your diamond from our team at the store.
If I find one what do I do?
Bring the pouch and voucher to us (Beards) and we will hand over your wonderful prize.
How do I get clues on the day?
You can purchase clues directly from this website. Clues are sent to your e-mail immediately after purchase so please check your spam folder if you have not received anything. Keep an eye on our social media platforms and the hashtag #BeardsDiamondRush for additional clues.
There’s always a big queue for maps and clues. Do I have to get them from outside Beards?
Maps are pre-order purchases. You will need your confirmation order with QR code to collect your map from our store in the morning. Clues are only available on the day.
What if it rains?
The event will still go ahead but we advise wearing the appropriate clothing and footwear to splash about in.
I don’t have a map. Can I take part or find a diamond?
No, shame on you! Maps are how we raise money for Maggie’s and the 4ED Foundation and without one you won’t be able to claim a diamond.
How do I purchase clues? How do they work?
Clues are £5 each, and will be available online. You will receive the clues via e-mail.
What time should I arrive on Sunday?
The Diamond Rush begins at 10am! plan to arrive with enough time to claim your map.

What can I do with my diamond?
It is yours to keep and do with as you wish! If you would like to have it made into a piece of jewellery please bring it in-store for a free design consultation. Our jewellery designers, goldsmith and gemstone setter are on-hand to answer all your queries.
Where can I buy maps? Can I buy one on the day?
This year, maps are only available directly through this website.
I bought mine online and haven’t received it yet can I collect from the Cheltenham store on the day?
Yes, when you arrive, our team will scan your receipt QR code and you will be handed a map pack!
